Man City Scrape Through On Penalties

Man City have beaten Danish side FC Midtjylland by the skin of their teeth this evening, needing a penalty shoot-out and some heroics from Joe Hart after being minutes away from UEFA Cup elimination.
Man City only qualified for the UEFA Cup via the Fair Play League last season, and their progress was almost ended this evening by little known side FC Midtjylland in Denmark.

England Squad to Face USA and Trinidad & Tobago

Fabio Capello has announced his England squad to face the USA and Trinidad & Tobago.
Theo Walcott will join the England senior team, after appearing in Stuart Pearce’s under-21 squad to face Wales next Thursday.
There are also call-ups Man City keeper Joe Hart, Everton defender Phil Jagielka, Tom Huddlestone, and Stephen Warnock of Blackburn Rovers. Read more
