Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that he will play for Manchester United for at least “one more year”, ending the summer long speculation regarding his future - and more specifically his transfer to Real Madrid.

David BentleyAs reported here, David Bentley looks set to sign for Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth £18million. Reports suggest that the former Arsenal man could be a Spurs player by the weekend, following a medical on Wednesday.

Spurs have been interested in Bentley for some time now, and no doubt the sale of Robbie Keane to Liverpool has allowed the North London club to reach an agreement with Blackburn. Spurs fans will be happy to see Bentley arrive, after the disappointment of seeing Keane leave.

Robbie Keane Joins LiverpoolTottenham striker Robbie Keane has completed his move to Liverpool for an initial fee of £19million that could rise to £20.3million.

Keane passed a medical at Anfield on Monday, before putting pen to paper on a 4-year deal reportedly worth £80,000 a week.

Tottenham have also agreed not to pursue their official complaint to the Premier League in relation to Liverpool’s pursuit of the player. Liverpool have apologised, and agreed to make a donation to the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
